My career has taken me from Milan to London to New York, working inside some of the most complex and fast-moving risk environments in the industry. I’ve partnered with trading desks, senior risk leaders, and global regulatory teams to strengthen governance, enhance risk frameworks, accelerate decision-making aligned with risk appetite, and deliver high-stakes regulatory submissions across multiple jurisdictions.

I founded FC Advisory to bring together two passions: strengthening institutional risk capabilities and helping people grow into the leaders they want to become. My approach blends technical depth, regulatory insight, and a human-centred coaching style grounded in real-world experience.
